Qualifications :- Bachelor Degree in Engineering
- 2-3 years working experience in oil & gas , petrochemical , downstream and power generation market
- Aged not over 30 years
- Excellent communication, presentation and negotiation skills
- Good command of English with TOEIC score of at least 600 +
- Pleasant personality, energetic, and a fast learner
- Able to travel upcountry and aboard.
- Own car preferred with driving license
Job Description
- Build and maintain strong customer relationships to ensure long-term business partnerships.
- Identify, develop, and manage new business opportunities in target markets.
- Achieve assigned sales targets by preparing proposals, delivering technical presentations, and providing solutions that meet customer needs.
- Collaborate with internal teams (engineering, contract, and logistic) to ensure successful project delivery and customer satisfaction.
- Conduct regular market research and competitor analysis to support sales strategies.
- Provide technical advice, product knowledge, and after-sales support to customers.
- Prepare sales reports, forecasts, and documentation for management review.

- Strong negotiation and networking skills

Job Description
- Evaluate and manage suppliers, fabricators, and contractors to ensure compliance with company standards (AVL management)
- Prepare technical documents and device datasheets for sourcing and material requisitions (MR).
- Provide field engineering services, including system and equipment investigation, installation, and commissioning
- Ensure that all service activities are aligned with project specifications and safety requirements.
- Conduct regular market research and competitor analysis to support sales strategies.
- Collaborate with internal teams and clients to resolve technical issues efficiently.
- Maintain detailed service reports and documentation for continuous improvement.
